The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked a little too well as the room was freezing. Breakfast was continental so nothing special but nice to have. Good location right off of the freeway and on a major road. Lots of good restaurants just down Castro Valley.

The room was very nice and surprisingly spacious. They offered free water and fruit and they have a big parking lot. Also the housekeeper war very friendly and funny. In the morning they had a small breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our stay.

II always stay here when I'm in the area. Very pleasant and staff very nice. Clean and comfortable. I had a problem working the heater, thought us was broken. Les was nice enough to come upstairs and turn it on for me and showed me how to use it.

office manager very helpful. I had to leave at 4 am to catch a flight and he was gracious about letting me stay in the lobby while I waited for my uber.

The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very reasonably priced and the gentleman at the front desk was helpful and friendly. We'd just come off a 15 hour day of travel and this was an excellent respite.

Nice owner and staff, comfortable beds and clean place. We had an amazing view onto the bay, loved our stay here! You can take the BART into the city, cheap, fast, practical.
